Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown at over 7,000 ft elevation, it undergoes a traditional process, including cooking in brick ovens and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Distilled twice in stainless steel pot stills, this clean and elegant tequila reveals notes of soft vanilla, dried apricot, mango, and a hint of sweet potato.
